        Record-Breaking Study Permits:

        Over 280,000 New Study Permits:

The Globe and Mail obtained a document showing that study permit applications for international students increased by nearly 300,000 annually from 2019 to 2022.

An article by ApplyBoard has summarized recent data from IRCC. It shows that in the first half of 2023, Canada welcomed a staggering 77% more international students than the previous year. This surge is a testament to the country’s reputation for excellent education.

        Expected 600,000 Permits in 2023:

With the current pace, Canada is on track to set a new record by issuing 600,000 study permits this year alone, reflecting the nation’s commitment to embracing global learners.

Noteworthy Growth in Alberta and Saskatchewan:

Alberta and Saskatchewan have witnessed remarkable increases of 139% and 116% respectively in the number of study permits issued.

This diversification of student choices enhances the cultural fabric of these provinces.
