What is the Quebec Arrima System?
The Quebec Arrima System is a free computerized platform used by Quebec to manage applications for qualified workers. It works in a similar way to the federal Express Entry system.
However, there are some differences in how Quebec’s scoring system works compared to the Express Entry system.
If you want to be eligible for the upcoming Regular Skilled Worker Program (QSWP or RSWP) draws, you can create your Arrima profile. This profile helps determine your eligibility.
You can use the official Quebec Arrima assessment tool by clicking here to see if you qualify.
Remember, your online profile in the Arrima bank or pool is only valid for one year after you create it.

Next Steps after Receiving an Invitation:
If you receive an invitation in a Quebec Arrima draw, you must submit documents that support the information you entered in your Arrima profile.
Once you have submitted your documents, you will receive a Certificat de sélection (CSQ). With this CSQ, you can apply to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for permanent residence.
Quebec Immigration Targets for 2023:
Quebec has set an economic immigration target of 33,900 for 2023, the same as the previous year.
