IRCC has recently conducted three consecutive Express Entry Draws, inviting a total of 5,448 candidates in just three days.
In just three days, IRCC held one Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) and two category-based Express Entry Draws:
- French Language Proficiency
- Healthcare Occupations.

1. October 24, 2023: Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) Draw
- Express Entry Program: Provincial Nominee Program
- Number of invitations issued: 1,548
- Minimum CRS Score: 776
The first express entry draw was held on October 24, 2023, with a total of 1,548 invitations to apply sent out for permanent residency in a ‘Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)’ draw.
The lowest-ranked candidate in this draw had an impressive CRS score of 776.
After May 10, 2023, the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held a PNP-only draw. The CRS score increased by 85 points compared to the May 10 draw.
Candidates nominated by a province automatically receive 600 CRS points, making them highly competitive in the Express Entry pool.
2. October 25, 2023: French Language Proficiency Draw

- Number of invitations issued: 300
- Minimum CRS Score: 486
In the second Express Entry draw held on October 25, 2023, 300 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued for French language proficiency in a category-based selection process, requiring a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 486.
In this draw, the CRS score increased by 14 points, compared to the previous draw held on September 27, 2023.
3. October 26, 2023: Healthcare Occupations Draw
- Express Entry Program: Healthcare Occupations
- Number of invitations issued: 3,600
- Minimum CRS Score: 431
In the third Express Entry Draw on October 26, 2023, a total of 3,600 invitations were sent out to candidates in 35 healthcare occupations.
The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) Score for this draw is 431.
